According to Rolling Stone, Bianca Allaine Kyne has revealed that she was the “Jane Doe” who filed a lawsuit against Marilyn Manson early last year. She claims the frontman groomed and sexually assaulted her during the 1990s when she was still a minor.

Kyne said the following in a statement shared by attorney Jeff Anderson:
“No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Bianca Allaine Kyne, a survivor. Today, I reclaim my voice, a voice stolen for far too long,”
Kyne says Manson inflicted “horrific” abuse on her while she was a 16-year-old in New Orleans, LA back in 1995. He also allegedly abused her again while she was in Long Island and upstate New York back in 1999. Kyne continued:
“Warner exploited his power and twisted influence to coerce me into his dark desires. The young girl he groomed in Louisiana became a victim of his perversion in New York.”
Manson’s lawyer, Howard King has since dismissed Kyne’s claims as “vicious lies.” He also accused her of taking part in a “shakedown”:
“Bryan Warner does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago. He certainly was never intimate with her. She has been shopping her fabricated tale to tabloids and on podcasts for more than three years. But even the most minimal amount of scrutiny reveals the obvious discrepancies in her ever-shifting stories as well as her extensive collusion with other false accusers.”
Manson previously filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, which was filed in Nassau County, NY, in May 2023. Kyne then moved the New Orleans portion of the suit to Louisiana. On July 5, a judge approved the removal of the 1995 Louisiana claims and also denied Manson’s attempt to strike down Kyne’s “intentional infliction of emotional distress” claims from New York.
Despite this, the judge also ruled that Kyne would have to remove her grooming and sexual abuse of a minor claims from the “Factual Background” section of her New York complaint. She was also required to remove any paragraphs regarding artistic drawings she allegedly showed to Manson in Louisiana.
Kyne also confirmed that she is still ready to fight:
“For years, I lived under his shadow, paralyzed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice. I stand tall, unafraid. This is not just about my personal story. This is about exposing an industry that prioritizes profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.”
Notably, the lawsuits also accused Interscope and Nothing Records of negligence. You can read more HERE.
As previously reported, Manson has been facing allegations from a number of women who came forward after being inspired by Evan Rachel Wood, who claimed that the shock rocker “horrifically abused [her] for years.” Among those who shared their stories were Ashley Morgan Smithline, who accused him of sexual assault before recanting her statements, Esmé Bianco, who settled a lawsuit in which she accused him of abuse and human trafficking, his ex-assistant Ashley Walters, who filed a lawsuit after accusing him of sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual harassment, etc., and one unidentified woman, who recently settled a rape and death threat lawsuit.
For his part, Manson has continued to deny the allegations, while also lamenting the impact they have had on his career. He also filed a lawsuit against Wood for defamation, but has since been ordered to pay her legal fees. Despite all this, Manson will be returning to the road this summer.
