During their set on ABC’s broadcast of “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest,” Green Day decided to take aim at Donald Trump and his supporters by changing the lyrics to the title track of their iconic album “American Idiot.” The performance found Billie Joe Armstrong replacing the line “I’m not a part of a redneck agenda” with a more current phrase: “I’m not part of the MAGA agenda.” You can see some footage of that below:
