The Rolling Stones have confirmed that their new album will be called “Hackney Diamonds.” Further details regarding the effort will be revealed during a virtual event on September 6. The announcement will stream live from the Hackney district of East London where Mick Jagger, Keith Richards and Ron Wood will be interviewed by Jimmy Fallon. The band said the following about that:
“Hackney may be at the heart of ‘Hackney Diamonds,’ but this is a truly global moment we want to share with fans around the world via YouTube.”
