According to NJ.com, Anthony Martini (E.Town Concrete) has filed a lawsuit against Bamboozle Festival promoter John D’Esposito. He made the move after the festival was cancelled before he was paid back his $500,000 investment with a 20% interest rate. Martini accused D’Esposito of breaching his repayment contract and he is currently seeking $630,000 plus interest, associated costs, and fees. Martini said the following about the situation:
“I loaned the money. [D’Esposito] said he would pay me back. He’s obviously in a not-so-great space. But I shouldn’t be screwed over for trying to help him.”
