Six Feet Under’s Chris Barnes Continues To Express His Disdain For Modern Death Metal: “I Stand By My Original Statement”

As previously reported, Chris Barnes (Six Feet Under, ex-Cannibal Corpse) recently made headlines after saying that he “despise[s] what [death metal] has become.” Now, the frontman has apparently decided to double down on his comments. He tweeted the following:

I stand by my original statement.

“ I despise what this genre has become.”
