Ex-Cannibal Corpse frontman Chris Barnes (also of Six Feet Under) has called out his former band for price gouging. His comment was in response to a fan who was complaining about ticket prices on the band’s upcoming tour.
A fan told Barnes the following about Cannibal Corpse’s Sacramento, CA show, which only has resale tickets left:
“How the fuck is it $105 per ticket for Cannibal Corpse, Whitechapel, Revocation and Shadow Of Intent at Ace Of Spades in Sacramento Mar 10th? Where do you get reasonable tickets?”
Barnes then replied with the following:
“Yikes! Price gouge much lol🤣😂”
This news comes shortly after Barnes made headlines after saying that he “despise[s] what [death metal] has become.”
