Eidola have revealed that their vocalist/guitarist Andrew Wells will soon be undergoing surgery for an undisclosed illness. As a result, the band have been forced to drop off their fall tour with Intervals, Thank You Scientist, and Cryptodira. The group commented:
“We deeply regret to inform you that we will no longer be on the Intervals tour happening this Nov-Dec. After the recent U.S. tour, Andrew was evaluated by a doctor and has been informed that he needs to undergo surgery before the end of the month. It is a very standard & safe procedure however, it requires several weeks for Andrew to be back to 100%. We wish the Intervals crew the best on their tour and promise we will be back strong for 2022. Thank you for understanding.“
