According to Rolling Stone, Red Hot Chili Peppers are selling their song catalog to Hipgnosis Songs Fund. The deal is believed to have been made for about $140 million. This news comes after a number of artists including Shakira, Neil Young, Lindsey Buckingham (Fleetwood Mac), RZA (Wu-Tang Clan), and Debbie Harry (Blondie) previously sold part or all of their catalogs to Hipgnosis.
