It looks like foreign artists are going to have a harder time touring in the U.S. in the future. According to Federal Register, the fees for temporary employment visas will be increasing on October 2. The P class visa has increased about 51% and will now cost $695, while the O class visa has increased about 53% and will now cost $705. A 15 business day waiting period will also be required, unless they pay $1,000 to take part in a fast track service.
