As previously reported, Chester Bennington’s early band Grey Daze were previously working on an album of re-recorded tracks before the Linkin Park frontman’s tragic death and the effort, which is titled “Amends,” was supposed to be released on April 10. However, it has since been delayed to June 26 due to the coronavirus pandemic. Drummer Sean Dowdell commented:
“When we announced that we were working on Amends our intention was always to honor Chester’s memory and to finish the work he had begun with us. Amends means so much to his family, our families and the millions of fans worldwide who embraced Chester that we feel we owe it to everyone involved to ensure that Amends receives a proper release.”
