The third installment in the “Bill & Ted” series, “Bill & Ted: Face The Music,” will finally be released on August 21 and now we have our first look at the film. Three stills from the movie, including one with Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter as the titular characters in the time traveling phone booth, one with the two of them talking to William Sadler as Death, and one with Bill and Ted’s daughters (Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine) and Kid Cudi, have been shared via Entertainment Weekly. You can see those below. Here’s a synopsis for the movie:
“Yet to fulfill their rock’n’roll destiny, the now middle-aged best friends set out on a new adventure, when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it and bring harmony to the universe. Along the way, they will be helped by their families, old friends and a few music legends.”
