Guns N’ Roses previously filed a lawsuit against Canarchy Craft Brewery Collective after the company started selling a beer called “Guns ‘N’ Rose.” However, The Blast are now reporting that that a settlement has been reached. The band are still asking the judge to give them more time to finalize the deal, but they do plan to dismiss the suit once it’s finished. The group informed the court:

“Plaintiff and Defendant CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective LLC have been engaged in settlement discussions since the filing of the Complaint on May 9, 2019. On July 31, 2019, Plaintiff and Defendant reached an agreement in principle that resolves all claims asserted in, and will result in dismissal of, the Complaint. The parties are in the process of finalizing a written settlement agreement and expect to execute a written agreement that will lead to dismissal of the Complaint in the near term.”
