During Tom Morello’s June 15 performance at 101WKQZ’s Piqniq at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, IL, the guitarist threw a fan’s phone into the crowd after they got in his face while trying to take a selfie onstage. You can see footage of that below. According to 101WKQZ, Morello did tell people not to put a cell phone in his face or he’ll “smack it,” so this situation probably could have been avoided if the fan listened to the warning.
