Woman Who Sued Gene Simmons (KISS) For Sexual Battery Files To Have The Case Dismissed

According to The Blast, the dishwasher who accused Gene Simmons (KISS) of inappropriately touching her private parts has filed a request to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice. It is unclear if a settlement was reached, but the fact that she filed seems to indicate that some sort of deal was made. Once a judge signs off on the request, the case will be closed. Back in December 2018, the woman, who was working at one of Simmons’ Rock & Brews restaurants in 2016, says the musician was visiting the establishment when his manager told her to get closer to him for a picture, but when she did, he allegedly “reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina completely covering it.” The woman says she tried to stop him and that she showed the photo to her coworkers. The suit went on to say Simmons was acting “sexually charged” with other women that night and that he was touching their hands and telling them to unbutton their shirts. This news comes after Simmons previously settled a separate lawsuit for sexual assault last year.
