Dropkick Murphys were performing at the House of Blues in Boston, MA on Friday (March 15) as part of their annual St. Patrick’s Day run and things ended up getting bloody. According to TMZ, an intoxicated fan started elbowing women in the crowd, so bassist/vocalist Ken Casey ended up calling security on him. However, Casey then decided to confront the man himself leading to a bit of a brawl. You can find a video from the incident, complete with footage of Casey with blood on his face, below:
