Live Recordings Of Two Unreleased Green Day Songs Surface Online

Live recordings of some unreleased Green Day songs have surfaced from a show the band played with Killdozer at Berkeley Square on July 22, 1989. That set featured original drummer John Kiffmeyer and it saw the band performing two unknown tracks, “Jennifer” (unofficial title) and “Maybe Forever,” for what is believed to be the only time. A recording of “Stay” from the concert has been shared as well. That particular song was originally thought to be called “World Vs. World” until Kiffmeyer confirmed the real title, while also revealing that Billie Joe Armstrong wrote it for a film his brother was working on.
