NECA previously announced a 8″ clothed “Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying?” era action figure of Megadeth’s Vic Rattlehead and now it appears they are working on a “Dystopia” one as well. The company showed off the collectible at the 2019 American International Toy Fair in New York City and Toy Ark shared the below photo of it:
