As previously reported, Metallica’s James Hetfield will be playing Officer Bob Hayward in a new movie about serial killer Ted Bundy called “Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, And Vile.” The film, which also features Zac Efron as Bundy and Lily Collins as his girlfriend Elizabeth Kleopfer, was directed by Joe Berlinger (“Metallica: Some Kind of Monster”, etc.) and it will officially premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 26.
