Metal Anarchy’s New Music Showcase: Exclusive Q&A With Leftover Bullets

Time for the next edition of Metal Anarchy’s “new music showcase,” the feature where I introduce you to up and coming bands that readers of this site may find interesting. This time I have an exclusive Q&A with Leftover Bullets.

METAL ANARCHY: Tell me a little about your band:

LEFTOVER BULLETS: Leftover Bullets is a hard rock group from Thessaloniki Greece, formed in the summer of 2013. The band released its debut album “Virtue & Vice” in November ’16 under the label of Final Touch. Leftover Bullets are typified by hard songwriting according to the reviews. These days, the band composes and records their second album!

METAL ANARCHY: Who are your main influences?

LEFTOVER BULLETS: We have stated in the past that our main influences are rooted in the hard rock of the ’85 – ’95. We never question this, but it is not a rule in building our sound and compositions. We will always try to evolve, but with the unchangeability of being honest, that is, not pretending to be what we are presenting. We think that listeners regardless of acceptance or not, deserve to get something real.

METAL ANARCHY: What can you say about your latest release and why should readers of this site check it out?

LEFTOVER BULLETS: We are in the stage of composing the new tracks and we are very excited about the result so far. The goal is to raise the bar again, and to pull out any maturity that has emerged in us synthetically from the ‘Virtue & Vice’ release so far. We estimate it will be released early 2019.

METAL ANARCHY: What can people expect when they go to your live shows?

LEFTOVER BULLETS: Leftover Bullets are known for their explosive appearance and performance on the stage.

METAL ANARCHY: Where do you see your band heading in 5 years?

LEFTOVER BULLETS: We’re planning on doing a Greek tour this winter, we’re preparing our 5th Video clip, and we’re also looking for some festivals in Europe. The target is a bigger record company for the second album, and European tours.
