Social Distortion’s Mike Ness Accused Of Beating Up A Trump Supporter During The Band’s Sacramento Show

During Social Distortion’s July 17 show at the Ace of Spades in Sacramento, CA, Mike Ness got into a physical altercation with a Trump supporter named Tim Hildebrand, who took issue with Ness badmouthing Trump onstage. Hildebrand told CBS Sacramento that he decided to raise his middle finger as a form of silent protest. The frontman then called him to the front of the stage where they exchanged a few words before Ness jumped down and began punching the fan. After the confrontation, Hildebrand was reportedly left with two black eyes, a busted lip, a concussion, and a nearly knocked-out tooth. Hildebrand plans to press charges and says “Someone that has the status that he does shouldn’t get away with assaulting someone.”
