Maynard James Keenan On His Progress With New Tool Songs: “Words & Melodies 100% DONE On All But 1”

Maynard James Keenan has confirmed that he has been writing new Tool lyrics, and that he is actually almost done. He tweeted the following:

Furthermore, Adam Jones also mentioned that recording should start in March. There is still no timetable for when fans can expect to hear it, but Danny Carey has said it will be out this year.
