Decapitated’s Rafal “Rasta” Piotrowski and Hubert Wiecek have made their first court appearance in Spokane, WA today (October 20), following an incident that occurred after the band’s August 31 show in the same city. Both were formally charged with first degree kidnapping, and rape, with Piotrowski being charged in the second-degree, and Wiecek being charged in the third-degree. Their passports have been turned over, and their bail is set at $100,000. The members also aren’t allowed to have any contact with one another. Waclaw Kieltyka and Michal Lysejko previously appeared in court on October 13, and received similar charges. It is worth noting that Piotrowski‘s attorney, Jeffry Finer has said the members are seeking bail, but are waiting for documents from Poland to “impress the court.”
