Of Mice & Men’s Austin Carlile has officially been discharged from the hospital. The vocalist was hospitalized for nearly four weeks, as he underwent a few surgeries to fix major tears in his spine. His injuries were a result of his battle with Marfan Syndrome. He posted the following on Instagram:
