According to Alternative Nation, eight unreleased songs featuring vocals from the late Layne Staley (Alice In Chains, Mad Season) may be released at some point. Jesse Holt, a friend of Staley’s, recently tweeted at Mike McCready (Pearl Jam, Mad Season), to see if he would help with production duties on the tracks.

He later added the following, after being asked for proof:
