Five Finger Death Punch Sued By Their Label

According to TMZ, Five Finger Death Punch ard being sued by their label Prospect Park. The lawsuit comes as a result of label claiming that the band is “shamelessly attempting to cash in before the anticipated downfall of their addicted bandmate [Ivan Moody].”

Prospect Park also said that the band is just rushing to push out as much music as they can before “Ivan does something stupid — dies — goes away to jail.” They then added that the band have been releasing music without caring about the quality of it, which is why they are not allowed to work on anything new until June 4. The band’s camp have since fired back saying that Prospect Park is “desperately trying to use Five Finger Death Punch as leverage,” so they can sell the label.
