According to TMZ, Korn is being sued by their ex-drummer, David Silveria. In the documents filed, Silveria claims his exit in 2006 was simply a hiatus and he never gave up ownership, so he is entitled to his share of the money made in his absence. He also said he wasn’t allowed to rejoin the band in 2013, but they let Brian “Head” Welch return right away. Now, Silveria wants to know the band’s profits, so he can get his cut, before officially parting ways with band.
