Anciients have released a re-recorded version of their song “Humanist.“ The updated track, which features former guitarist/vocalist Chris Dyck, can be found below. The original version appears on the band’s 2011 EP “Snakebeard.“ Vocalist/guitarist Kenny Cook had the following to say about the single:

“‘Humanist‘ was the first song we recorded as a band. After hearing the sonic improvements that came with re-recording ‘Built To Die’ last year, we wanted to give ‘Humanist’ the same treatment”. The song represents a wild dream. Musically, ‘Humanist’ is one of our heaviest, though we chuck a little bit of everything into the composition.”
