Decessus vocalist Ignacia Fernández recently performed “The Hollow Descent” during a talent competition for this year’s “Miss World” pageant in Vietnam. You can see footage of that below. This news comes after Fernández was crowned “Miss World Chile” in 2025. Unfortunately, the singer didn’t win this latest talent contest. She said the following:
“A moment I’ll never forget. Getting to bring metal to the @missworld stage and share a part of who I am through music was an incredible experience. Every contestant who took part in the talent competition was extraordinary and unique. The level of talent was truly incredible, and I want to congratulate England on winning first place! Thank you to everyone, the organization, and my fellow sisters here at MW who cheered me on and made this moment so special.”
