According to TMZ, Cher is trying to get a temporary conservatorship over her son Elijah Blue Allman (Deadsy) once again. This news comes amid his stay in a psychiatric hospital following financial and legal issues and a recent medical emergency.

Cher claims Elijah’s life has “significantly deteriorated” since the last time she tried to get a conservatorship. She even detailed one incident in which he was discovered behind the wheel of a car in traffic. That situation saw him hospitalized and administered Narcan due to an overdose.
Cher also shared more details on Elijah’s financial issues. She says he spends his money “almost exclusively on drugs, expensive hotels, and limousine transportation.” He also allegedly owed a drug dealer $18,000 and had to be bailed out by a friend. On top of that, he reportedly has a $200,000 tax bill and debts from damaged Airbnbs. This includes $50,000 from his last stay. That incident also resulted in a lawsuit for his friend Kayti, who has been trying to keep him alive.
Cher also claimed Elijah has been removed from 18 hotels. He was booted from the properties after making guests feel uncomfortable, screaming obscenities, acting erratically, etc. One hotel also kicked him out after he allegedly cornered a young female maid and “aggressively proposed sexual relations.”
As if that wasn’t enough, Elijah was recently arrested twice in New Hampshire. One incident saw him charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail after breaking into a house. The other incident saw him charged with simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct after “causing a disturbance and acting belligerently” at a prep school.
Cher wants a judge to name Jason Rubin as Elijah’s conservator so he can handle his estate. She says it needs to be done due to her son’s mental health and dependence on drugs. She believes Rubin can help Elijah in a way that will allow his issues to be “fixed one problem at a time.”
