System Of A Down drummer John Dolmayan, who has continued to face backlash over his right-wing views, has generated controversy yet again. The musician recently blasted actress Charlize Theron (“Mad Max: Fury Road”, “Long Shot”, etc.) over a statement she didn’t even make. The quote, which is actually attributed to actress Marcia Gay Harden (“Mystic River”, “Flubber”, etc.), said the following:

“What drives me is — my children are all queer. My eldest child is non-binary. My son is gay. My youngest is fluid.”

Dolmayan then responded by targeting Theron without taking the time to fact check:

“This woman should be in an asylum or jail. These children are being mentally abused, statistically impossible!”
