As previously reported, Puddle Of Mudd frontman Wes Scantlin was arrested last year for domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance. The incident saw the musician getting physical with his girlfriend during an argument. At the time, he also had a small amount of a controlled substance on his person. However, according to TMZ, he will not be receiving jail time. Instead, he will be placed into a one-year diversion program and will be required to enroll in a drug rehabilitation program.
