Catch Your Breath have premiered a new song titled “Lost.” That track “dives deep into the aftermath of a relationship that ended without closure.” Vocalist Josh Mowery commented:

“This one is for the ones who lost a piece of them without being able to try to fix it, left alone, in the dark, lost without them.”
