The Black Crowes have announced a 30th anniversary deluxe reissue of “Amorica.” The expanded effort will be released on November 14 and it can be pre-ordered HERE.

The band shared more information on the set:

“Let your freak flag fly again!! The Black Crowes have opened the vaults from 1992–1994 to create the definitive ‘Amorica’ Super Deluxe Box Set, overseen by Chris and Rich Robinson with producer George Drakoulias.

The deluxe box set includes: ‘Amorica’ remastered, ‘Tallest’ (the unreleased studio album from the ‘Tall’ sessions), ‘The Marie Laveau Sessions’ (7 tracks recorded in New Orleans, 1992), and live recordings from AIR Studios in London.

The ‘Amorica’ reissue arrives November 14: available as a 5LP or 3CD Super Deluxe Box Set, plus 2LP and 1CD editions.”

Chris Robinson commented:

“‘Amorica’ was about breaking free and doing things on our own terms. It wasn’t about fitting into what was happening in music at the time. It was about trusting our instincts — and 30 years later, that’s still who we are.”

Rich Robinson added:

“The bond between us, even when tested, always came back to the music. That’s what ‘Amorica’ represents — our belief in ourselves and in this band.”
