According to Atlanta News First, former Mastodon guitarist and vocalist Brent Hinds was at fault for the motorcycle crash that claimed his life. A new accident report says the musician was going between 63 and 68 mph when he was hit. Since he was going about twice the posted speed limit, authorities put the blame on him. Previous reports suggested that he was struck by an SUV that failed to yield. The latest findings were confirmed by camera footage and two witnesses.
