Last night (August 28), Metallica celebrated the launch of SiriusXM’s “Maximum Metallica” channel with a small show at the Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett, NY. Only 250 people were in attendance, including a number of celebrities. Among them were Howard Stern, Paul McCartney, Andy Cohen, Colin Jost, Heidi Gardner, Michael J. Fox, Ed Burns, Chris Jericho, Maria Menounos, Sylvester Stallone, Chad Smith, etc. Fan-filmed footage from the concert, including Robert Trujillo and Kirk Hammett paying tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with a cover of “Crazy Train,” can be found below:
