Mamaleek have shared a cover of Primus’ “The Pressman.” The track is from the band’s “Cadejos + Those Who Pass Between Fleeting Words“ release, which will be available as part of series 7 in The Flenser‘s membership series. It will also hit Bandcamp on July 18. Mamaleek commented:
“‘The Pressman‘ is one of many tunes that didn’t make the cut for ‘Out of Time,’ originally recorded in 2015. From friendships formed to seasoning our sound, few bands have impacted Mamaleek quite like Primus. The song serves as a timely reminder of media exploitation and those who profit from others’ pain.”
