The Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan has recruited Sydney Mancasola (soprano), Zoie Reams (mezzo-soprano), Dominick Chenes, (tenor), and Edward Parks (baritone) for his “Mellon Collie And The Infinite Sadness“ opera. The musicians will perform the album with the Lyric Opera Of Chicago in Chicago, IL on November 21, 22, 25, 26, 28, 29, and 30. Corgan commented:
“I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to be sharing the stage with such gifted singers. Each day, this fantastic dream becomes more and more of a reality, so please don’t miss out if you are thinking at all about going. It will truly be 7 nights of pure magic.”
