David and Kristin McKee of Goodview, VA have thanked Metallica for saving their lives. The couple, who usually stay up late to watch TV, and their daughter went to bed early in an effort to prepare for the band’s May 7 show at Lane Stadium in Blacksburg, VA. However, as they slept, a truck ended up busting through the room they would have been sitting in. WDBJ7 shared a video report on the incident:
