During their March 15 set at the Vive Latino festival in Mexico City, Mexico, Scorpions were joined onstage by drummer Mikkey Dee’s son Marcus for several songs. You can see some footage of that below. Dee commented:
“Thank you Mexico City! Last night was great! It was amazing to sit behind the drum kit again after the shit I’ve been through earlier this year. Last night my son Marcus stepped in and played a couple of songs so I could rest my almost healed foot. He did an amazing job and it was so much fun for both of us to be sharing a moment like this together. Next up is South America, then Europe all summer and Vegas in August. I can’t wait to rock out for the rest of the year. Again, thank you Mexico. See you back here soon again!”
