As previously reported, Christian Olde Wolbers (ex-Fear Factory) recently announced a new project called Angst Fabrik. The name seemed like an interesting choice considering it was nothing more than a German translation of Fear Factory. However, it appears that may have been by design. Wolbers recently shared a photo of a drum set, while also expressing a desire “to perfect that classic Fear Factory drum sound and take things to a new level.” This has led many to speculate that the bassist is essentially trying to launch his own version of Fear Factory. It is still unclear who else is involved, but we should know more in the near future.
