During Five Finger Death Punch’s September 26 set at the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, KY, frontman Ivan Moody ended up fracturing his rib and injuring his hand after falling onstage. You can see fan-filmed footage of that below. Moody said the following about the injury:
“After the adrenaline wore off this morning I woke up… and I’ve got a bruise that’s running down from the inside of my armpit down to my knee, and my hand feels like its shattered… look at that. So, well see.”
He went on to say that he was diagnosed with a “fractured fucking rib.” He also added:
“You’ve gotta be fucking kidding me. It’s always something, man. Well, I will say this much: it was worth it. Louder Than Life. For real real.”
