During Foo Fighters‘ August 3 show at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, CO, Dave Grohl performed a partial acoustic cover of Tenacious D‘s “Tribute.“ You can see fan-filmed footage of that below. Notably, this news comes shortly after Tenacious D went on hiatus due to a recent onstage joke that Kyle Gass made about the assassination attempt on Donald Trump.
