Storm Corrosion, the project featuring Mikael Åkerfeldt (Opeth) and Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree), will be reissuing their self-titled debut album on September 27. The effort will be available on “coloured vinyl LP in a gatefold sleeve, CD and Blu Ray which features a new Dolby Atmos mix of the original album’s 6 tracks by Steven Wilson, plus high resolution stereo and 5.1 DTS-HD surround sound mixes and instrumental mixes of each track, a mini documentary plus more.” It will also include a live version of “Drag Ropes,” which was recorded at Royal Albert Hall in London, UK back in 2015.
