GHØSTKID has released “Murder” from his upcoming album “Hollywood Suicide” (out March 22). The track features Code:Pandorum and it can be streamed below:

“’MURDER’ is the full band version of a collaboration between Code: Pandorum (formerly INHUMAN) and me. It’s based on the track ‘DEATHLIST.’ I’ve always been in love with his weird sound and unique style of songwriting.
We became friends a while ago and have been exchanging ideas since then. One day he came up with a track that completely blew my mind. We started working on it and created something really special, something that I probably wouldn’t have been able to create on my own.
The way I consume and create music is always pretty emotional and intense. When I heard the track for the very first time a mini-movie about a serial killer, who is forming a strong bond with his victims, immediately came to mind.
It’s basically a track about loving someone so obsessively that the only way to keep this person close is by killing him or her. The killer has to do it over and over again so no one can take away the intense feeling of love. The killer is turning the beloved into a memory.
Memories will stay forever and no one can take them away from you.”
