According to Blabbermouth, the legal dispute between Queensrÿche guitarist Michael Wilton and bassist Eddie Jackson and their estranged drummer Scott Rockenfield has seemingly been settled. Rockenfield previously accused Wilton and Jackson of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful discharge and more, while the duo accused Rockenfield of abandoning the group. The latest filing was done in Snohomish County, WA Superior Court and it says “all claims, counterclaims, and crossclaims between” Rockenfield (plaintiff) and Wilton and Jackson (defendants) should be dismissed “with prejudice.” Rockenfield and his ex-bandmates will also “bear their own costs and fees with regard to all such claims, counterclaims, and cross claims.” The filing was signed by both parties’ attorneys.
