According to Rolling Stone, the civil suit that was filed against Marilyn Manson by videographer Susan Fountain has been revived in court. That complaint was filed after the frontman allegedly spit and blew snot on the videographer during an August 18, 2019 show at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, NH.

The suit was previously dismissed in February due to Fountain‘s lawyer Jennifer A. Clingo failing to appear in court. However, she has since appealed saying she forgot to put the trail date on her calendar due to a serious medical issue she was suffering from. The appeal has since been granted in a Los Angeles court.
Fountain‘s filing said the following in part:
“Plaintiff not only suffered emotional distress from the offensive touching itself, but also from the fear and anxiety that she could have potentially contracted a communicable disease as a result of the exposure to defendant’s bodily fluids. She was forced to undergo medical testing immediately following the incident and several months later to ensure that she had not contracted a serious disease.”
This news comes after Manson previously appeared in court to face sentencing for a misdemeanor simple assault charge related to the incident. He plead no contest and was given a $1,200 fine and 20 hours of community service.
