Slaves On Dope Vocalist Jason Rockman Recently Prank Called Donald Trump

Slaves On Dope vocalist Jason Rockman, who works as a DJ for ÉNERGIE radio in Montreal, QC, recently managed to prank call Donald Trump. The singer impersonated actor Clint Eastwood during the chat, while his co-host Sébastien Trudel impersonated former MMA fighter Georges St-Pierre. A clip can be found via CTV News.

Rockman told CTV News that Trump was surprisingly easy to get ahold of. He also revealed that American journalists were present as well. The prank started with the following exchange:

Trump: “Hi Kevin, it’s Donald Trump. How are you?”

Rockman: “It’s not Kevin, it’s Mr. Eastwood. Kevin passed me his phone.”

At one point, Trump also brought up his current legal troubles:

“I have to be the only guy ever to get indicted and my [polling numbers] are up 25 per cent.

That’s never happened. Normally, it’s, ‘Ladies and gentlemen, I’ll be resigning today.’ You know, but it’s fine. I’ve really learned to live with it…”

Trudel as St-Pierre also proposed a fight to raise money for Trump:

Trudel: “I don’t know if you would be open to do a fundraiser but I would be there for you.”

Trump: “Well, that’s very good, Georges. We’ll talk about that.”

The charade lasted several minutes before Trudel admitted it was a prank:

Trudel: “Just one last thing, Mr. President. Actually, you’re on the radio now on ÉNERGIE. It was a prank call, Mr. President.”

Trump: “It sounded a little hokey, but that’s OK. I’ve had that before.”

Trump went on to say that it was “not the best,” before adding:

“Have a good time, fellas. You just take care of yourselves.”
