Marilyn Manson To Plead No Contest In Spitting Case Involving Videographer

According to the Associated Press, Marilyn Manson is expected to plead no contest after being hit with a misdemeanor simple assault charge related to an August 18, 2019 incident in which he allegedly spit on videographer Susan Fountain at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford, NH. A second charge will be dismissed as part of the deal. Manson will be required to pay a $1,200 fine and will also have to serve 20 hours of community service. This news comes after his attorney Kent Barker previously claimed that Fountain consented to possible contact with bodily fluids.
