Papa Roach’s “Last Resort” and Panic! At The Disco’s “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” were both referenced during a sketch on the latest episode of “Saturday Night Live.” The scene finds drug dealers competing to sell cocaine to tourists by comparing the whiteness of their products. In the clip, Keenan Thompson’s character claims that his stuff is so white it sings “Cut my life into pieces / This is my last resort.” Quinta Brunson’s character then responds with: “Mine is like — I chimed in with a / Haven’t you people ever heard of…,” before Andrew Dismukes’ character finishes the lyric: “…Closing the goddamn door.” You can check out the humorous sketch below.
