According to Daily Mail, Alien Ant Farm singer Dryden Mitchell has been charged with battery after allegedly placing a man’s hand on his genitals. The incident occurred while the band were performing their hit cover of Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal“ during their October 29, 2022 show in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The charge is punishable by up to a year in prison. The alleged victim commented:

“I do want to tell my story but I do have to listen to my civil lawyers. I’ll be more than happy to speak later. I do want the story out there because what happened was not right.”
